About the Lighten Up course

This course is for everyone who needs help to lose weight, who wants to engage in life without being “on a diet”, who also wants to be healthy, happy, active, and unburdened by stress and anxiety.

It may also be for those of you who – like me – have reached the stage of life where maintaining the bodyweight you had pre-menopause has become increasingly hard.

If you’ve been on plenty of diets in the past with some success, only to find the weight slips on again, this might be the inspiration you need to finally reach a happy place for your body and mind.

The 6-week program incorporates:

  • Daily emails, content, and online support from The Food Coach, Judy Davie
  • Evidence-based 5:2 fasting, with delicious recipes for 2 x 500 calorie days each week – plus additional 100 calorie ideas for people who need a little bit more energy.
  • Weekly eating challenges, that will become your long-term blueprint for healthy eating.
  • Weekly pre-recorded video workshops.
  • Audio and video content. Save time reading!
  • Weekly relaxation practices to help manage stress, anxiety and hunger cravings.
