Fasting Recipe Packs
Each seasonally-adjusted recipe pack contains 12 x 500 calorie, nutritionally dense, tasty, and satisfying meals to help you Lighten Up on a 5: 2 diet.
Recipe packs will appear on the dashboard while you have access to the Lighten Up course, and are also available to view after your Lighten Up 3-month membership has expired.
Dinner recipes from these packs may be used in conjunction with The Greengrocer’s Diet, for members who would like to take a break from fasting and stick to a healthy diet with breakfast and lunch included.
