If you have reached the stage of life where maintaining a healthy body weight has become increasingly hard you will benefit from this program. If you’ve felt defeated by diets in the past and struggle with the motivation and discipline to try again, this might be the inspiration you need to finally reach a happy place for your body and mind.
This course is for anyone who wants to be healthier, lighter, and happier or, as I like to call it, unburdened, regardless of their age.
You can choose to start your 42 days on any day of the week. But I recommend that you start on a Monday. To do this the date you pick should be a Friday as after signup we give you 3 days to get ready to start. The date in the field is our current recommended date to join the journey.
